Whatever your taste in sport, activesouthend has it all as part of a free taster day in sport. The event will be held at Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre, starting at 10am on Sunday 14th June.
During the day, all ages will be encouraged to have a go at different sports run by clubs in the borough providing suitably qualified coaches to deliver the sessions. Sports include, judo and football, racket sports will include table tennis, badminton, tennis and mini tennis, the unique sport of goalball will also be available and there will be fitness sessions during the day.
